From project and program initiations through to cutover and
closure, Ian has fulfilled the assurance role on web, SAP, infrastructure,
new product development, and regulated initiatives. He has also
produced project and program guides that comply with the major global standards
and his workshops are highly rated.
He has been the external Project
Management Consultant for two Fortune 50 companies. He has established major
projects and programs with budgets upto $400 million, facilitating front end
strategic planning through project initiation, planning and execution.
Ian has worked on projects in the US, Europe, the Middle East, South East Asia,
Central and Latin America.
He has set up and
run many project management offices (PMO's) and implemented earned value reporting and
project control systems at major corporations.
